Contre Management – Justin, TX 

Scheduler – part-time

8 hrs per week (Tuesday & Thursday 10-2pm) 

$15+ /hr  – depending on degree of relevant experience.

 

We are looking for an organized and highly reliable Scheduler to support our property management team.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to telephone duties, data entry, processing  work orders, scheduling repairs, utility setup, filing and providing reports. 

To be successful as a Scheduler you should be highly organized and socially confident.  Phone conversational skills must be exceptional and the ability to multi-task a must. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Scheduling maintenance, repairs, and utility contracts. 
  • Answering the phone in a professional and friendly manner, and making follow-up calls. 
  • Create and maintain accurate property reports and other records. 
  • Filing 
  • Keeping work flow well organized
  • Provide light cleaning duties. 
  • Performing other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma/GED required. 
  • Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is beneficial.
  • Highly reliable – a must
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. 
  • Strong online navigation skills. 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Great organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Optimistic “can-do, will-do” personality. 
  • Ability to multi-task in an organized and proficient manner
