In 2017, Chrissa embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Contre Management, a boutique real estate agency specializing in property management and known for its personalized approach and impeccable service. Under her visionary leadership, Contre has thrived, consistently exceeding client expectations and setting new standards of client-agent relationships.

Chrissa’s success in the real estate world can be attributed to her genuine passion for understanding her client’s needs and goals. Her ability to listen, coupled with her creative problem-solving skills, enables her to navigate even the most complex transactions seamlessly. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Chrissa treats each client interaction as a unique opportunity to make their real estate journey as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Beyond her professional achievements, Chrissa is dedicated to giving back to her community. She is an active Rotarian and actively participates in other local charity initiatives. She spent the last 10 years in civil service in a variety of roles which included 2 terms as a Councilmember.  She sits on the Texas Realtors Leasing & Property Management Committee and is the Designated Leasing Supervisor for United Real Estate DFW Properties.

Chrissa is a graduate of the University of Texas – Arlington and holds a Real Estate Brokers license in both Texas and Colorado with designations TRLS and TRPM with Texas Realtors Association. Evidence of her continuous commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. When she’s not immersed in the world of real estate, Chrissa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening in her backyard or riding her motorcycle when the weather is nice, showcasing her well-rounded nature and zest for life.
